Кузбассовцы спрашивали, когда лучше подавать заявление на продление единого пособия, в какой срок приходят первые выплаты, является ли статус многодетного основанием для нулевого дохода. Мама ребенка-инвалида, работающая неполный рабочий день, интересовалась, как и какие нужно подать документы, чтобы получать ежемесячную выплату по уходу за ним.
Папа двоих детей, младшему из которых еще 5 месяцев, задал вопрос, может ли он использовать маткапитал на улучшение жилищных условий без ипотеки. Супруга инвалида II группы хотела узнать, как ее муж может воспользоваться правом на санаторно-курортное лечение. На эти и другие вопросы звонившие получали подробные ответы, а если требовалось установление всех обстоятельств, с ними связывались специалисты и давали пояснения по конкретному случаю с учетом всех деталей их ситуации.
